Time-Sensitive: Accounts for CureCode => GitHub Migration

Just in case anyone reads this who has historical CureCode issues written and a GitHub account:

There is an upcoming migration of the content from Rebol3's CureCode to GitHub Issues. After that time, CureCode will be presumably locked from further editing (perhaps each CC page will turn into a redirect?)

By default, all issues and comments will be posted from the RebolBot account. In the body of the issue or comment there will be attribution to the handle of the original poster, and a record of the initial date the post was made.

However, this default means the information will not be in any way linked to your GitHub profile. You will not be able to edit your content the way you could on CureCode. You will also not receive notifications if changes happen (although GitHub does provide the ability to subscribe and unsubscribe to any issue, it just won't be defaulted for your issues if your account isn't linked.)

@johnk is managing the process and writing the scripts, and @earl is now in charge of GitHub's 'rebol' account. They'll be the ones running the process. So:

IF YOU WANT YOUR GITHUB ACCOUNT CONNECTED TO THE CURECODE ISSUES AND COMMENTS YOU HAVE POSTED IN THE PAST, YOU WILL HAVE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH @JOHNK OR @EARL BEFORE THE IMPORT HAPPENS.

Some arrangement will have to be made where you trust them with a temporary GitHub password (or something like that) in order to be able to use your credentials to post in the import script.

Once the import is done there will be no going back, and issues attributed to RebolBot will stay that way. Hopefully this notice will be received this week by anyone who care one way or another about it...so share it widely.

Note that while it's important for everyone to 'have their issues and comments filed the way they want', there has also been a very long delay on this import. We don't want it to drag on longer! Having it happen this coming weekend is ideal.

Thank you for all your work Fork. (PS, Shixen was able to get his first little test Emscripten port of Ren/C kinda running)
